Is there a minimum order? [back to top]

No. Jackson Candy Fundraising will sell you 1 or 1000 cases. Whatever fits your organization or individual needs.


What is the shipping charge?[back to top]

There are no additional shipping charges for our products. The shipping is included in the cost of the candy.


If we do not sell all the candy, can we return unopened cases? [back to top]

No. Unfortunately, there is a shelf life on all food items. To assure freshness to all organizations and individuals we cannot accept returns. Please order only what you know your group can sell. You can always reorder if you need additional product.


Do we have to pay up front? [back to top]

Jackson Candy Fundraising accepts all major credit cards, cash, checks and money orders for purchases.
Open credit (NET 30) is extended to qualifying public schools with an authorized purchase order.

When will we get our candy? [back to top]

We can generally ship your candy within 24 hours from when the order is received and you will receive your order with in 3 to 7 regular business days depending on your location. Please call our corporate office for estimated shipping times or to inquire about the status of your order at 1-800-994-7882.


Can I combine different candy and product? [back to top]

Absolutely. However, combining products may result in separate shipments. For example, Gourmet lollipops are shipped fresh from the manufacturer where as most other products are generally shipped from our closest warehouse depending on the state you live in.


How do I get a free color brochure? [back to top]

We would be happy to mail you a complete product color brochure.


What if I need to order more candy? [back to top]

Reorders are quick and painless. You can reorder as little as one case of product,
and as a repeat customer your information will already be on file.
Please feel free to call our office at 1-800-994-7882, and we will be happy to take your reorder.


What if I receive my product and it is damaged? [back to top]

By all means call us immediately at 1-800-994-7882. DO NOT DELAY! Do not sign for damaged cases, and refuse shipment of cases in question. If you choose to accept damaged cases, please note number of damaged cases on the shipper's paperwork when signing for product. It is very important to us you receive your candy in sellable condition.
